Modern Capital Executive Solutions, a leading Credit Union consulting firm with a niche specialty in key personnel retention and reward programs, announced today that Bernie Winne and Nina Kopp have joined our team as Regional Vice Presidents.
They both have a lot of experience in the field, are incredibly talented, and will be invaluable assets as we keep growing.
John (Bernie) Winne has recently retired after a lengthy career in the credit union industry that spanned more than 40 years. He served as President and CEO of Boston Firefighters Credit Union for the past 20 years, growing its assets from $75 million to $425 million. He was a long-time member of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Massachusetts Credit Union League and the Cooperative Credit Union Association. He has been a member of several CUNA committees, including Advocacy and Consumer Compliance and Charter Enhancement.
He is now entering a new phase in his professional life as a Regional Vice President with Modern Capital. He will continue his dedication to the credit union industry by working on issues about executive compensation and retention, prefunding employee benefits, and charitable donation accounts.
Nina Kopp is a credit union veteran with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Throughout her career, she has enhanced the lives of credit union executives as well as members. Nina educates and helps non-profits that use non-qualified deferred compensation plans to recruit, retain, and reward key employees. She does this as part of the Executive Solutions team.
Both Bernie and Nina will help us to expand our reach while continuing to provide the highest level of service to our clients. Their diverse backgrounds, combined with their proven track record of success, make them ideal additions to our growing team. We are proud to have them on board!
